I am tight

So, here's what you should know: this blog is more for showing my clothes and a bit of a thought-rambler storage. The other blog is more for my cool pictures and also so you guys can see what my sister wears and makes. She is more creative in the DIY department and subsequently the clothing department. Buttttttt my style is a bit different from hers, I hope you guys will enjoy both. I'll try to not overlap pictures. Email at the corresponding emails though...

shows how sick sick sickkkk i felt today.

And some dorky DORKY DETAIL SHOTSSSS

EDIT

JOKING
I am NOT leaving this blog. I am, however, starting a new one with my sister. I don't know how either will turn out but keep checking both blogs.

Expect a new post on both blogs by tomorrow.

BYE

Not really..... just starting a new one with my sister. Her name's Mariel and she lives in L.A. It's a sort of way for us to communicate when we want to buy something or if we should buy something, which has normally been constricted to long phone calls. This will be much more technologically advanced.

So it'll be a mix of 'Portland' style (cold weather) and L.A. style (hot weather).

To my two followers: BIG hearts to you two. Be sure to join the other blog because it's going to be double the fun.
And to the other anonymous readers: BIG hearts you too. I really appreciate it and I hope you'll read the other blog.

Just setting it up now.... will probably take a week or two to get it going but be sure to check it out:

Je Suis Trop Rigolo

I love this photo. I look so deadbeat.

Honestly the only good picture I could get with this on. I love my yellow hue.

DETAIL SHOT
my new favorite type of photos!!

I came home to this fat pooper.

Which reminded me of that photo. Which is even cuter than the first.

And then I saw this on my bookshelf and laughed and photoed it. Last year's final and I was .7 away from an A in English so I completely freaked out and asked all juniors to give me their books. These three passed the test and I copied all their notes onto a whole new book and I got a 94. Sooo proud of myself.

I just find the humor in everything. Such a happy gal

PS. Henri is debating between two coats and we are now currently holding an all-family fashion session helping him choose. My mom is making him put on five layers underneath and he's screaming, 'I'm not going to be wearing five sweatshirts' and she's like, 'Oh you never know. Once you're at Cornell and it's -100F you'll be sorry I didn't make you do this.'

It's quite hilarious. And I'm being extra sneaky because I'm watching this scene through my keyhole. And laughing all by my lonely self

Doodlicious

A few doodles from classes. All four pictures were taken in history. I guess it's now dubbed take picture for blog class. Need I say I look absolutely redonk when I do this??

Sneak preview of my skirt yesterday. I'll upload the full pictures once I find my camera...

It Wasn't Me

Taken in Lincoln's glorious bathrooms during 5th period. Don't worry, I know there was a chance people could walk in. And when they did I oh so casually left the bathroom and patiently waited. Couldn't have been a more awkward situation and the whole thing took 15 minutes to complete.

History teacher's hall pass. Viking hat...how clever.
I don't know why he never wondered why I was absent for so long....
But it doesn't matter, he's a great big old teddy bear who would praise my attempt at 'online crap'

Next few pictures are detail shots (e.g. i'm so damn bored i will look like a complete loser and photograph myself)

Anyway, as you can see I figured out how to enlarge photos (upload to facebook and then here and chose 'original size') which is really nice/a huge hassel but I don't mind. Aaaaand got the whole editing thing down which makes me feel just great.

Old Friends

These pictures were quickly snapped before school on two days. I have an essay due Friday so I've been trying to not go on the internet too much.....not sure how that's working
This has been hanging in my closet for a whole year and I decided to give it a try. Good decision I think, non? I forget where it came from.
Doesn't the close up kinda throw you off? I always thought it was roses...

Taken in my bathroom, hot pink isn't really my color but my mom seemed to like it. Crazy, huh?
Wearing my brother's (the younger one) sweater, Bluenata, I'm pretty sure.
The last photo's hilarious. He tried to do a Zoolander face but he was laughing. His name's Alex.

And I Will Deliver The Explosion

I found these riding pants in my mom's closet. We bought them in Switzerland when I used to ride horses. I really enjoyed it until I unexpectedly developed hives and was way too nervous to go back. And the guy who ran the place was a complete drunk who probably upset the horses more than my utterly uncoordinated body on those up-down trot things they were teaching us.

Child-Heart Losers

skirt-thrifted
shirt-pendleton
shoes-??
This outfit, much like my other outfits are and will be, was born of pure laziness. I slept in this shirt, which is actually my dad's and goes as long the skirt, and I didn't feel like changing out of it because it was so damn comfortable. So I slipped on a suede skirt and some shoes and I was out the door.

PS. Suede skirts in no air-conditioned rooms are the pits.
damn these public schools
